Skevofilax Winery is a family business that started winemaking in 2010. Back then, they cultivated the first vineyard of 20 acres on their private property in the area of ​​Karydies in Kefalos on the island of Kos. The first samples of their work became available on the local market in 2012. Since then, they are constantly trying to evolve through their own continuous training and the renewal of their mechanical equipment, offering their consumers the best possible result. Their ally in this journey of taste are, of course, the most stringent criteria in the selection of raw materials, as well as the microclimate of the region (the sea breeze and the meltemia in August), which, together with the volcanic subsoil, give a unique result. The Skevofilax family has a great passion for wine production and in this way foresees the continuous development of their winery, in the search for a wine product of ever better quality and taste.
