From each apartment you can enjoy an unforgettable sunset. The dramatic colours that paint the horizon as day transitions to night, enhance the ambience of seabreeze, turning Mastichari's old fishing-village as a unique tourist destination.

Two bright, furnished, very friendly rooms per apartment with a small well equipped kitchenette, can accommodate three (3) or max four (4) persons.

A path just in front takes you  85 meters down onto the solver sandy beach.  Village centre is appx 250 meters away and nearest market appx 200 meters.

Apartments are getting cleaned every third day, while towels and linen are changed every second or third day.

A few meters away neighboring Hotel swimming pool is being offered to all Yiannis guests as well, as long as they stay on the pool's usage terms.
